Tap the record button on the Home screen and speak, or type a reflection instead.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual reflections from their detail screen, or use “Reset all data” on the Home screen. To delete your whole account, email us.
Is my data private?
Yes. Reflections are tied to your account and are never sold or used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy.
